Anchor Section
Each week the programme is packed with games, music, crafts
and bible stories expressly designed for their age. This is the chance to
work with others, have some fun and begin to
Junior Section
During a typical evening there are lots of physical activities, music,
crafts and competitions. The wide ranging badge scheme covers interest,
physical, adventure, social and spiritual subjects.
Company Section
The current badge programme is designed around the five activity award
groups
of Leadership, Physical, Adventure a series of progressive and

and to encourage active participation to
acquire new skills and knowledge.
These might include activities such as
playing an instrument in the Company band,
outdoor activities such as
camping or sporting activities such as football.
Again the badge work is
designed to be stimulating and demanding
according to each boy’s ability;
effort and enthusiasm are just as much
recognised as achieving high
standards.
A redesigned awards system is due to for national implementation from September 2007
We actively encourage participation in the DofE .
Where possible, we take part in
activities involving other Companies such as
swimming galas, cross country
competitions and games evenings
